Empyreal
Empyreal is a new technologically founded city located on the Oregon coast. It was designed to showcase humanities ability to build a city in a manner that was futuristic and high tech, showing off amazing artistry in design and function. Many wealthy and powerful live here and it is the home of the GWC. A river cuts its way through the city that is on the coastal border overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. There is a large space sport located offshore and is visible by those who live in the city.
It is a central hub for transport and commerce.
Nearly 10 million people live in and around the city.
